1. Үйлчилгээний тухай
Аян нь англи хэлний үгсийн сан, дүрэм, уншлага, бичгийн дасгалыг давталтын аргаар сурахад туслах вэб болон iOS аппликэйшн юм. Үүнийг хувь хүн ажиллуулдаг бөгөөд агуулга нь боловсролын зорилготой.
2. Бүртгэл

3. Зөвшөөрөгдөх хэрэглээ

4. Хиймэл оюуны үр дүн

These terms apply to your use of Аян (the “Service”) at ayan.study and in the iOS app. The Service is operated by Unumandakh Bayandelger. By using the Service you accept these terms.
1. About the Service
Аян is a web and iOS application that helps you learn English vocabulary, grammar, reading and writing using spaced repetition. It is run by an individual and its content is for educational purposes.
2. Your account
- Please provide accurate information when you register.
- Learners of every age may use the Service, and we do not check anyone's age. For a child under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms and help the child use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
- If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, that provider's terms also apply.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not overload the system with automated scripts or excessive requests.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive or harmful content.
- Daily limits apply to AI review and translation.
4. AI-generated results
Writing scores, feedback and dashboard insights are produced by generative AI (Anthropic Claude). They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are learning aids only — not an official language assessment or exam result.
When you use these features you are interacting with an AI system, not a person. The AI is used only to review and score your writing and to write the dashboard insights; it is not a chat, and you cannot talk with it. If an AI result seems wrong, inappropriate or harmful, please report it to bg.unuu@yahoo.com.
5. Content and intellectual property
- The reading articles come from VOA Learning English (learningenglish.voanews.com), and the source is credited under each article. Reading articles remain the property of their rights holders.
- Pack word lists are drawn from the New General Service List, the New Academic Word List, the Business Service List and the TOEIC Service List (Browne, Culligan, Phillips; newgeneralservicelist.com), filtered to Аян's word bank and reordered. The lists are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0, and each pack's word list is free to view in the app. This does not imply the authors' endorsement.
- The text and notes you write remain yours. You grant us permission to store, process and submit them for AI evaluation as needed to operate the Service.
- Do not copy the app's own code, design or vocabulary content without permission.
6. Payments
- Each day 3 AI checks (a writing review or an essay score) are free.
- Credits: 1 credit = 1 AI check, spent only after the free and pass checks; credits never expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. No credit is taken when the AI is paused or a check fails.
- Exam-season pass: 6 extra AI checks a day for 90 days from purchase; it does not renew automatically; buying again adds 90 days to the remaining time.
- Word packs: a one-time purchase opens that pack's study deck on your Аян account for good; its words also appear in the free daily lessons.
- The App Store shows prices in your local currency. Apple handles payment and refunds (reportaproblem.apple.com). If Apple refunds a purchase, the unspent credits, that pass period or that pack are removed.
- We may change the free amount and prices for future purchases with notice; credits you already bought keep their value of one check each.
7. Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, or by following the procedure on the Data deletion page. We may suspend or delete accounts that seriously breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “last updated” date below.
